Blackbelt Punch FAQ

Product effectiveness

Is shower treatment really effective?

The effectiveness was proven by a test conducted by a laboratory completely independent of the product's design. The panel tested was selected anonymously by this laboratory; we have no knowledge of the people who were recruited for this test.
The test panel was instructed to perform an intensive training session to seek out maximum muscle soreness in order to test the effectiveness of the shower gel. At the end of the test period, the responses collected from the tested panel exceeded all our expectations. 90% said they could walk normally within 72 hours of a leg workout and 86% said the product reduced their muscle soreness, 62% could do one more session per week and 57% said this shower gel helps increase their performance. Why does it work?

Two years of design, testing, research and development for proven effectiveness.
The effectiveness is due to the product's carefully selected active ingredients and a laboratory design that follows a very specific manufacturing process that must be scrupulously followed during product development to offer you simple, practical and effective use.

Why is Blackbelt Punch shower gel better than others?

We've developed a shower gel with a unique and effective composition. We've created the first and only shower gel in the world that can be labeled "anti-ache shower gel" or "relieves muscle fatigue" because our product has been tested and approved by an independent laboratory according to the processes in place for this certification. Moreover, to our knowledge, other shower gels have never undergone an effectiveness test on this subject. It's a completely unique product with no equal.

This amount varies slightly depending on your size; the answer is generally a small amount in the palm of your hand, as with a classic shower gel. The important thing is to apply it for a minute before rinsing, as indicated on the bottle.

Does the shower gel lather well?

95% of our test panel declared during the study carried out by an independent laboratory that the product meets what they expect from a classic shower gel.

Generally, shower gels that foam too much contain a lot of foaming chemicals that aren't ideal for your health. In reality, manufacturers only add foam to please consumers, but the fact that it foams is in no way a guarantee of effectiveness or cleanliness.

Using a washcloth or shower puff will help with foaming if needed.

Generally, the cheaper the product, the more it foams and the more chemical it is.
No organic or quality shower gel can compete with the chemical foaming agents in cheap shower gels.

For its quality as a natural shower gel, this product offers good foaming.

Should I massage?

It is not necessary to massage, however, massaging promotes the absorption and penetration of the ingredients. The important thing is the short minute of application before rinsing as indicated on the bottle.

Hot water or cold water?

There's no need to change your shower water temperature habits. The official effectiveness test for our shower gel doesn't address the effects of water temperature and its impact on product effectiveness. Hot water tends to open pores and could theoretically help the skin absorb active ingredients. Conversely, cold water has natural recovery benefits; some customer feedback indicates this preference to increase product effectiveness, but this is a personal feeling. You can do your own test, but it's not necessary to force yourself to change water temperature to be effective.
